What is an AEI Microbiome Subscription?
The AEI Microbiome Subscription is a quarterly biome test that provides you actionable, research-based reports tailored to your animal.
We provide a hands-on testing approach with two key touchpoints in our testing process: An equine onboarding with a dedicated account manager and a report consultation with a PhD from our research team to review your results.
With your quarterly subscription, we develop a microbiome profile of your horse to track measurable improvements.

Our testing is subscription based to develop a profile for your animal with measurable improvement over time. Every 3 months we’ll send you a test kit with a return shipping label.
Our goal is to reduce this testing to once per year as part of an annual checkup.
Cancel your subscription at any time, no strings attached. If you would like to try one test simply order a subscription and cancel the following day.

We schedule a 30 minute equine onboarding with you as well as anyone else you’d like included: veterinarians, trainers, riders, etc. This can be done by phone or Google Meet depending on your preference.
We’ll build the profile of your animal as well as document any concerns or symptoms that you would like our science team to review.

The latest benchmark standard fecal testing kit will be sent to you with custom directions. Follow the simple collection process and return the kit to AEI with your prepaid shipping label.

Our team of doctorate microbiologists and geneticists will review your intake notes before processing your samples.
Using the latest testing techniques and equipment, we’ll sequence your horse’s biome and highlighting any pertinent data related to your intake form.
